NEET UG 2025 Result: Cut-Off Marks Drop Across All Categories

 The National Testing Agency (NTA) announced the NEET UG 2025 results and final answer key on June 14. Candidates can now check their results on the official website — neet.nta.nic.in. This year has seen a significant drop in the qualifying cut-off marks across all categories.

Out of the total 22,76,069 candidates who registered for NEET UG 2025, around 22,09,318 appeared for the exam. Of these, 12,36,531 candidates have qualified for admission to undergraduate medical and allied courses like MBBS, BDS, BAMS, and others.

The qualifying cut-off for the General (UR/EWS) category has decreased from 720–162 in 2024 to 686–144 in 2025. For OBC, SC, ST, and UR/EWS PwBD candidates, the cut-off range is 143–113, while for PwD candidates in the OBC, SC, and ST categories, the cut-off lies between 126–113.

The NEET UG 2025 result includes subject-wise marks, total score, percentile rank, and qualifying status. Only those who meet the minimum cut-off are eligible for the counselling process.

Rajasthan’s Mahesh Kumar secured the All India Rank 1 in NEET UG 2025 with an outstanding 99.9999547 percentile.
